I'll tell you what doesn't hold up. Delays, poor communication and little or no reaction to anything listed on your list of milestones - certainly no positive reaction from people who would be in the know.

'coming months' can mean anything from 4-20 weeks, so when the term 'coming months' follows other questionable timeframes, little market impact and delays, despite being located smack bang in the middle of a supposed hot spot, well I don't think people should holding out too much hope here.
