I think they have enough money to start a drilling program -- perhaps drill several holes -- they will need more money to complete a drill program.

Like many people here I am frustrated with their slowness to start drilling with permits.

I really don't care even if they do a CR if that is what it takes for these guys to get the drills going.

I am not worried at all about a CR for this stock because they have a very low capitalisation compared with other spec stocks -- so in my opinion one capital raising is not going to hurt esp. if they find a big discovery.

Besides, I have been accumulating this stock at various share prices high and low, so will buy up their CR offer as well without hesitation -- but I wish they would just drill ! -- waiting for the permits is just so hard.

For now, I guess it is back to more waiting.

On another note, in my last post I said imo the share price has formed a base at 0.7 cents. I stand by this based on this week's trading.
