I have been watching this company for several months and have serious concerns about the directors' corporate goveranance practices when Lindsay Dudfield buys shares the day before the March 2012 quarterly is released, sells a significant number of shares off-market 3 days before the December 2011 half yearly is released and buys shares in a period when he is negotiating a fund raising for ALY which later turns out to be underwritten by his own company JRL. ------------------------------------------------------------ Let me see if I have this straight.
