Mate, I have been around the block a few times so I know what corporate governance is. Exactly what information are you alleging LD had that was material and has gained him advantage?
As far as I can see ALY has been supported by a major shareholder in JRL. The price paid for all transactions was 13c, the capital raising price.
I see no personal gain out of these transactions, I see plenty of gain for ALY shareholders.
