If you are happy with a lower level of corporate governance than myself good luck to you. Just my view that it is not a good look to have a director buying stock just before an announcement is made by a company.
Last time I checked you don't have to make a benefit from a transaction to be in breach of the rules. Since JRL support ALY share price has dropped approximately 30% so not sure where the gain for ALY shareholders has arisen?
But good luck to you and the other ALY shareholders I hope they find the big one that has alluded them so far. I'll just keep watching from the sidelines.
