The announcement may be late due to the two public holidays in the last week in Thailand. Last Wednesday and Monday just gone.
Lots of people took the Thursday and Friday off for a five day holiday. Tuesday they finally came back to work and compare holiday snaps, driving horror stories, golf scores etc etcbefore deciding to go for lunch, and ease back into it in the afternoon.
Things only just starting to crank up properly today, so some hope for an announcement tonight.
