Having now spoken to coy I can confirm that subject to auditors confirmation they have spent $4M and have a right to earn their share of project from Anvil.

Interestingly also, after taking into account govt / community Anvil ends up with only 27% (approx). They will be expected to contribute to expenditure according to this proposition of the project from JORC. Govt/community gets free carry.
