Thanks for that...I guess it's normal that govt / community aren't involved in the exp /operatioal costs. Suffice to say that it's an 'insurance premium' of sorts to maintain their cooperation and support.
It will be interesting to see if MWE rlease any more results at the same time as releasing the audit statement.

The alliance with Anvil is rather compelling as they are are already a producer and already have a good working arrangement with local and Govt authorities.

Positive times ahead I feel.
