When you weigh up whether you'd prefer Dr Doran to stick to an informal agreement (not only that but you have to ask why was the agreement made, duress from WPL??) or the right to be informed as a shareholder then latter is significantly more important.
If you weren't so emotionally involved with HDR I'm sure you'd see my point of view.
