This so called short position was put into place about the time, to the day actually, that management exercised deep in the money call options. It's not a short, it's a hedge. No doubt engineered by the big bank advising so as to avoid the legal disclosure requirements, but not the moral. Only God can do that and he has not been invited to the board.
