My take of it's meaning is the boundaries of chinguetti (marked with broken red lines on page 8 of the annual) which we have for 25 years plus once declaration of commerciality is given. I'm guessing that they are drilling this pimple (lead 60) to secure another EEA which will cover Bogue and give the JV plenty of time to actually sink a hole in Bogue after we secure the acreage for the long term. It's no secret that WPL are very hush hush and keep as much as possible close to their chest which leads me to this conclusion.

All we can do is speculate considering we are told F*#k all by the JV. Very frustrating as H has pointed out on numerous occasions of late. Bring on a corporate file!
