What is probable is that the pending news has a very real potential to produce a dramatic collapse in SP. Perhaps catastrophic. The news also has a smaller upside potential however that is less likely. The fact is that the company will soon need further capital to meet ongoing costs and if the news is average or poor raising this capital will be very difficult. Yet the company has not taken any decisive action to protect the investment of share holders.
