10 years is critcal mass (haha). You need this time for project capital costs and payback, but also for the environmental rehab funding. To date, not old U mine has been closed off with regards to ongoing rehab. It is very important to get this fund setup.

The 10 year rule means all U companies need to focus intensive exploration on their best deposits, with decent coherent mineralisation.

What I like about THX U deposits is they are in NT, which apart from a few key areas, is U friendly. The ngalia has a +40 year history of U exploration, so the locals are familar and somewhat supportive of U. This point is crucial, as the rabble that scuttled Pamela Angela were effective in their protests, and were Alice Springs based. ALWAYS be mindful of locals when U is involved. Invest in U stocks with people protest potential rated above the actual U mineralisation.
