21 February 2008 ASX Announcement Drilling Update The Directors of Carnavale Resources Limited advise that drilling at the Parmegiana Iron Ore project in Brazil has been temporarily suspended due to adverse weather conditions, namely excessive rain and flooding which have caused the site to become dangerous and unsuitable for drilling. At this stage, it is expected that the drilling campaign will recommence in mid March 2008, subject to favourable weather conditions. Assay results from drilling carried out at the the Parmegiana Iron Ore project and the Frei Martinho Molybdenum project in December 2007 and January 2008 are expected in mid March 2008.
