Regarding the current position, not much to add from yesterdays. They're only running the casing and then drilling can progress again. They shouldnt rush doing this, its pretty important to the wells integrity.
You dont want any water from the surrounding rock coming in and diluting the drilling fluid or, losing any of the drilling fluid into the surrounding rock - hence the application of the casing.
This may be the only casing required, though that depends on what they encounter!
