Disclosure is something the ASX takes seriously. One shareholder not disclosing info to minority shareholders is breaking the rules. In this case, many people will have the info...but not us.
ASIC will look at the matter of Directors exercising their duties and obligations to all SH, esp minority SH. The fact Ive not had a response form NWE is the ammo i needed.
