Do you really think anyones comments here on HC will influence the SP of ICN, wishful thinking.
As a number of people said after the EGM including myself the sp would slowly drift down as we have the same old same old.
You can complain but and I wish that I was wrong but the sp does not lie.
When we get some favourable flow rates the sp should then do well.
