ROC Oil, the operator, has advised the ASX that the Nanhai IV rig has been
released to the joint venture. We expect ROC to make a further release once
the well spuds which we anticipate to be during the next 24 hours.

We anticipate that ROC Oil will make ASX releases on behalf of the joint
venture participants upon the occurrence of a significant event.
