not necessarily, there were huge increases in buys sometime last week to raise the sp to 16c, it was thought an announcement was due, but nothing happened and the SP just blew back down to 14c today.
Personally (obviously) I don't know what's going on, but I'm expecting an announcement, increase in buyers or not. Whether it be tomorrow or a few weeks away, clueless!
