anyone considered that it might be the last of the CN being sold into market? was what outstanding, 3m? (at .08) = 38m shares?
They could have began their selling into highs of 15-16??
if so, wouldnt have much left. Hard to say, just wait to see whats announced.
How long after, are they required to put a notice to the effect of their conversion?
