re: bears sighted The "top" formation with spikes to .066 and then a failure to make a new high at .06 forms a diamond with recent trading that has tumbled through a weak support level. I will grant you that the uptrend is still intact (but not for long) that is why I posted a "bears sighted" warning. Diamonds can turn into head and shoulders tops BUT why would you want to hang in to find out? The overall trend into February has gone very bearish on the golds. See XAU for confirmation.
Will be watching this one during the Ides of March when some very good stocks will get tossed into the bargain bin for the liquidation sale.
