I've been using TA for 15 years and imho you can't chart technical patterns on a sub 1c stock it's meaningless given small volumes and values taken to alter SP.
Saying you can see a triple top or cup and handle or what ever other pattern is about as accurate as tarot reading.
Same goes for market depth.
