    You'd think, with the downturn in the resource sector and the subsequent drop off in exploration, the turnaround time for permits and approvals would be pretty quick at the moment.

    Allowing for this, it seems strange that ours are taking so long to come through.

    Let's face it, do we know for sure that the relevant applications have even been submitted ?
