I would have thought their governance rules wouldn't allow them to invest in small cap companies, maybe one of their brokers made the investment, realised it was against policy so offloaded the shares?? Maybe they bought the wrong shares?? Just find it hard to believe they'd make a strategic decision to invest in a speculative company like RTR.
