The phosphorous levels are a concern. They are too high.
Rough rule of thumb is that they need to be less than 0.08% to be marketable as DSO, and if it is a bit over, they can be blended with ore with lower P levels.
Treat this with caution, I am not sure how beneficiation of the ore will help, as I do not know much about these things when it comes to hematite ore.
