Drilling started at Bowland on the 18th of August 2017. According to that announcement it will be completed in Q1 2018.
If you assume a VERY conservative rate of 50 Metres per day, the target depth of 3500 metres should be reached by end October. You could drill at that rate using Smirfs and a pickaxe.
Can someone with a little more practical knowledge please tell me why a "Premier Horizontal drilling Company" is giving themselves to the end of March next year to do this? I know they are sampling and Fracking, but it seems like a very loose time frame.
I have great expectations of the assets that AJL own, but the progress (now we have cleared the regulatory hurdles) seems to be glacially slow.
