Kerogen isn't going to take a 60% stake and then dribble shares out into the market to keep the value of their large holding depressed. Doesn't make any sense at all. They are in this until they can sell the entire Bowland stake - hopefully at a tidy profit.
Could be margin calls forcing sales for all we know.
Two and a half months and we will hopefully be talking about flow rates.
