Almost all of the Quarterly reports released today have been preceeded by a 'Pre-Open' status rather than a Trading Halt, so that is what I have been looking for.
It does seem a bit perculiar, that there is still no announcment as yet.
Maybe there is some news in the report that needs some digesting over the weekend ??!!
