    You seem to be very much in the know about the about the veracity of the 2 statements made by a director and ex CEO.

    I joined DLS via GOG and don't have any knowledge of their previous history. However if their claims are so wide of the mark, I am surprised I haven't seen any counter claims from the other board members.
