I didn't say that the drilling is draining DLS's funds. All I said was that BPT is draining funds for dusters, (while they are also draining funds to fight DLS for the T/O), and that COE, (AND NOT BPT), is telling us the story.
BPT is saying nothing about the dusters. TWICE IN A ROW.
