My guess is that the answer is No at this point in time however this will not be the final bite at the cherry.
A big issue on the table is whether STO are going to prioritise CSG developments over more difficult/expensive to extract Cooper Basin reserves. If this is the case, a much closer affiliation betweem BPT,COE and DLS may indeed will be necessary IF economies of scale are to be realised.
