    I would guess that they won't announce a firm programme for 2 drillships until
    1) the Joint Venture formally approves Chinguetti development (which will keep one ship pretty busy for 10 or so months drilling and completing wells)
    2) they get close to finalising the appraisal / exploration drilling targets

    I'd regard it as a formality at this stage though
