Back in early 1980, my mate and I used to have a couple of black coffees, each,
for breakfast, with a big dash of Remy Martin brandy. Then go to work.
Mostly still well over the limit from the night before as well.
Standard night at the Wickham Hotel, for myself,
in excess of a carton of Emu Export, and more than a bottle
of Bundy. A few joints at work, were not uncommon either.
Good to see the mining industry has now, the most stringent rules
regarding breath tests, before work.
Just need that to flow on to the entire Australian workforce.
