drinking tips required for premium charfonnay

    watso has virtually been on the wagon for about 4 weeks - and when he spotted 4L of 50% rtc premium chardonnay.. then watso thought he should celebrate..

    the premium chardonnay is a bit more up market than the normal slops that he drinks - so maybe watso should drink the premium product in a more refined way...

    mmm watso has the following receptacles available...just run of the mill cups (china , plastic, take away coffee mugs etc) if watso looks hard enough he might find a plastic wine (or was it champagne?) cup.. ok for what it is worth, but watso started off with a "80 years of vegemite glass"

    anyway - how does one drink the premium product.. should watso swish the wine around in his mouth (a good swish would remove some food particles between the teeth) - then spit the wine back into the glass (watso has seen wine tasters do that - or maybe it was into another glass!!)... ok what about just guzzling straight down the hatch???.. or should it be sipped ...

    ok what about food as an accompaniment???.. watso wants to be refined - and probably a pie or a burger with the normal slops that he buys is not the correct grub ... mmm watso bought some rtc chicken steaks - ie breasts (marinated in honey and soy) - will that be ok - or maybe some other grub that watso cooked about 2 weeks ago and in the fridge somewhere ..

    any tips welcome - and in a hurry please, because watso can drink 4l of slops in about an hour - and for sure the premium product would probably go down the hatch a lot quicker ...
