As the meeting will be in Perth, it will make it very difficult for shareholders to attend.
Is it possible to get hold of a list of the registered shareholders in GGY and send them all a letter outlining the facts and persuading them to vote "no"?
How are we to know how the votes will be counted....either by hand at the meeting, (which will be stacked with their people) or by a vote....and we still don't know whether KZL's votes will be counted.
This is a very bad move by GGY, as it will lose confidence in their company for many years to come.
It looks to me as if Richards and Co. are just on a gravy train and are protecting themselves and certainly not the shareholders. This could go on for every project and Maitland was certainly going to provide enough funds to research other areas. Was it all too hard for them ?? When will Richards give us a decent explanation ?
