This is the worst sort of selling ----much prefer bad news followed by a big fall, than this.
I would think its shorters continuing to turn the screws at a time of very crappy world news and eventually persuading investors to throw in the towel.
You would hope its not insiders selling.
Debt is high with this company relative to EBITDA, but its not tragically high---and there are many others in such positions.
Money is cheap, and they have at least one very good world class business.
Look at BHP---how much money are they losing each day with $ 31 Oil ? How big are their write downs going to be ?

Still hopeful of a good economy emerging this year after current gloom disperses.
