Premise is all wrong..this had to become a saga because the police effectively turned a blind eye in the 90s and modernly, without the citizens good Parliament members pushing this issue it would stay doggo with PM and lack any form of natural justice forever.
Not about smear it was only ever about about criminal law, not too long and the kept in the dark by popular media the ABC general public will recognize this too...a full/few investigation/s must come and civilized society theory dictates to then let the chips fall as they may, as is right.
We still have many cretins in our midst who would rather civilization be usurped...why this government elicits these kinds individuals on mass I will never fathom the psychological type that fights at all times for any reason against the community's good.
