These bikies and other psycho's could be caught and dealt with under current policing and laws imo.
Never before have the police had such a huge ability to locate and corner the wicked, regardless of whether or not there are any eyewitnesses.
Next law will be centered around the current right to remain silent. Heard mention of the failure of witnesses to speak with police more than once last night on the 'news' / mindspeak.
Witnesses will soon be forced to speak or face criminal charges. Many will probably prefer the risk of imprisonment or fines than to risk murder at the hands of the thugs from their own communities.
