WA didn't legalise but they decriminalised Cannabis a few years ago. Guess what, it's back to being criminalised again.
I don't know if you've seen the lastest on Ben Cousins but he's off the wagon with psychotic behaviour from a drug binge, again, and it's wasn't caused by Cannabis. Been admitted to a psychatriatic facility for his own safety.
I wonder how many thieves are on Cannibas versus 'powder' drugs when committing offences?
However, I must concede that drive by shootings can be over any drug but I bet the occupants would be pumped on speed before they set off, as their 'courage' boost.
