Yeah I agree - as soon as they start tapping into that debt facility at exorbitant interest rates they are in all sorts of trouble. Considering their losses and heavy corporate structure it’s impossible for them to turn their cash burn around quickly enough. As far as capital raising goes, read the article about Milk Run in the AFR - logistics tech start-ups are not in favour at the moment (unless profitable
with consistent growth).
