Chuk and others, sorry for the delay in reply.
I read the posts and the anns. Re extending the trial mining: it would have to have been applied for and negotiated with a time line. (I’m surprised that two out of the four replies hinted at an illegality) ML will be granted, they just have to make sure the paper work is right. That’s the reason for issuing leases and exploration licenses.
Re the moneys to continue the trial mining. ABU gont a credit line from the bank based on ngnt and drilling. Now they had results as well and needed to negotiate an amount and rate with whoever . It doesn’t have to be dilution.
I’m aware this matter has been discussed at length before and don’t want to bore the posters, in reading of the DRM I posted the clip to show there are alternative.
In conclusion I expected the sp to be higher, and the Co. further ahead. With regard to the major sh, great if they offer a t/o on market but they don’t have to. We are aware off market dealings every day.
