I contacted Varis - he has been on leave and only returned yesterday - I'll like to know where this tax ruling is.......
My assumption is that 25c will be the initial value of DRM
MEP unit price gets adjusted by (25c / 19.36=$0.0129 ) , in other words the value of DRM spread across each MEP share (at ratio 19.36:1)
So we adjust MEP unit price by subtracting $0.0129, and adjust the parcel cost by $0.0129 * number of units, or you can simply deduct (25c * your in specie DRM shares) from total MEP parcel, which would yield the same results - but less rounding errors.
Then ADN is simple. Change the code, keep the date, multiply the units by 1.15 and divide the unit price by 1.15. Ez Pz
Can anyone confirm or deny - I've studied a few taxa rulings lately and they seem to be quite vanilla
