Manipulation only occurs when it can - Unfortunately it occurs regularly with DRM Since the recovery started back in January 18 - This will end with market confidence in the stock and a flood of new investors (buyer's) if you look at a monthly chart the recovery is far from convincing - it could easily double bottom with bad news however with continual good news which I expect - Then one of those large blue monthly candlesticks will feature in the DRM Chart as it has every other time it fell to a extreme low destroying the manipulation currently taking place....At least then you could start to trade it along the way and make some $$$ and create some excitement on it's way up........
