So regs/perms have changed alot since the 70s (didn't one report mention that BLR had failed to apply for a particular permit/s .. the county didn't tell them they needed it because county office wasn't even aware of it??), and the DRMS seem to be in favour of additional mining resuming.

Mild case of the hiccups ... back on track in around 6 weeks.
