CGT Discount will usually not affect my investment decisions. If I think it's time to get out, then unless I'm at 11 months and I think it's staying flat... im still selling. I've paid for these lessons. Held on for discounts and cost myself more in investment losses than the tax differential.
For this, I've held it since January. And I think there is high potential but also high management risk. They just keep doing dumb things and disregarding their shareholders. So I've sold a portion already, and may choose to reduce further over time. Im not likely to make it to January to get the discount, and im fine with that.
