Vwap rose today which says more rated the announcement whilst for others, the U$5.6m didnt cut it, not impactful enough and sold down.
A quick glance at the chart and anyone can see both negative and positives
I took some profits at the resistance line and will watch intently how the chart develops.
If the support line goes tomorrow, then theres the EMA(50), CR level, and valley low 77.5 to watch.
If we go higher the resistance line will be tested once again and the channel uptrend
I also think as there is a melt up in the spec end of the market at the moment, many are seeing a 'hold' here as an 'opportunity cost' which could account for some of the selling.
Nevertheless, the announcement is a ringing endorsement of Droneshield's tech... and hopefully more of the same and some bigger contracts materialise soon.
