The only thing I sorta disagree with is the suggestion that it is a ringing endorsement. The market needs to see orders that justify the latest CR.
I personally think we could still be months away from such an order , and something that Oleg has alluded to , but the largely uniformed market will become quickly disillusioned and the smart money will make some decent coin trading
I believe we are now firmly in a down trend that will only reverse with appropriately large orders.
