There is always a pullback at some point. Although everyone is expecting a big announcement, we have no idea when that will be. The NATO deal won't translate into big contracts immediately... I'm sure every country has to go through their own hoops of research, costing, budgets etc. Big announcement could be at least 6 months off. DRO price has potential to ping pong all over the place before then. Wishful thinking? Yes! I wish the price would go back down to 90c for me buy back in...
