DRO is still a highly speculative stock.
Technically, DRO's recent chart looks like a double top.
Fundamentally, another big order now could push the SP up much higher. How high will depend on the size of the order, and on how many holders want to take quick profits by selling their SPP allocations.
I'm expecting a gradual attrition of the SP until the next big order arrives. It has been two months since the last big order was announced, so the next one might be soon.
