Panic. I presume these people might still be making money at that price and are just meeting the market to guarantee as sale.
The next person sees this and is prepared to take a little less profit, to be able to walk away.
The next person again, is happy to break even.
Eventually, you reach the people happy to take a small loss to walk away.
So on and so forth...
